Para Table Tennis

Fast, strategic, and accessible, Para table tennis is adapted to allow participation by both standing players and those in wheelchairs. With modifications to rules and equipment, this discipline combines speed, reflexes, and plenty of tactics in every shot.

Players are classified according to their type and degree of disability, ensuring fair competition. Classifications differ for wheelchair players and standing players. Adaptations to rules and equipment are allowed to enable participation by players with various disabilities. This may include the use of competition wheelchairs, adaptations to the table and net, and modifications to service and movement rules.
