 CP Football

In cerebral palsy football, teams are made up of 7 players per side. Players are classified according to their degree of disability to ensure fair competition. There are three types of classifications: FT1, FT2, and FT3. The athlete with the most significant degree of disability is classified as FT1, while FT3 represents the least degree. Each team must always have at least one FT1 player on the field and no more than one FT3 player at a time.

Many rules from traditional football apply; for example, matches are divided into two halves, with the duration adapted to prevent excessive fatigue among players. The size of the pitch is also adjusted to facilitate mobility. The offside rule is often omitted.
