 Boccia

Boccia consists of throwing colored balls (red or blue) as close as possible to a white ball called the "jack." The player or team with the balls closest to the jack at the end of each round scores points.

It is played individually, in pairs, or in teams of three players. Thirteen balls are used: 6 red, 6 blue, and 1 white (jack). There are classifications (BC1 to BC4) to ensure fairness among competitors with different degrees of disability.

The game begins with the jack being thrown. Players then take turns throwing their balls, aiming to position them near the jack or to move opponents' balls away. Each player or team has a time limit for their throws, which varies according to classification.

At the end of each round, 1 point is awarded for each ball that is closer to the jack than the opponent's nearest ball
