Wheelchair Basketball 3x3

Speed, coordination, and teamwork on a half court. This adapted version of basketball is played with three players per side, under dynamic rules that incorporate the use of wheelchairs. It’s a fast-paced and exciting format that tests reflexes and tactics.

Two teams of three players compete on a half court. Substitutions are allowed, but only three players from each team can be on the court at any time. The game begins with a coin toss to determine which team has the first possession of the ball.

Games last 10 minutes of running time, or until one team reaches 21 points, whichever comes first. A team has 12 seconds to attempt a shot after gaining possession of the ball. Basic basketball rules apply, such as traveling, double dribbling, and fouls, with adaptations for wheelchair use.
